Do you have anything that has helped you along the way? I'm so sorry I really am
there isn’t really anything you can say to make it better unfortunately :( you just have to remind him that you will be there for him during all the good times and all the bad times. if he is having an awfully shit day, just stay with him, watch a movie, tell him bad jokes etc, and let him know that no matter how bad things are there will always be something good coming for him. i hope he’s doing okay and you are too xxx
